Liz is 84 years old and full of life. She loves traveling and has a unique passion for watching bullfights. When she first joined us, Liz was recovering from a fall and wearing a neck brace. With dedication, consistency, and support, she has made incredible progress. Today, Liz is strong, active, and recently fulfilled her dream of traveling to Spain. She continues her fitness journey with us, proving that it’s never too late to build strength, confidence, and vitality.
